At Love Dolls, we want you to be completely in love with your purchase; if you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Love Dolls tags and labels are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
